Deborah received the transforming power of redemption and deliverance with the baptism of fire by the Holy Ghost in 1989. She was married to John Dowling for 27 years until his passing and is a proud mother to her daughter, Willow, who is now happily married with three children. Prior to launching into full-time ministry, Deborah worked as a teacher in Christian education before homeschooling Willow, who went on to graduate as valedictorian of her college and become a certified health coach.

For years, Deborah ran Off The Chain Youth Ministry out of her home, creating a place where up to 50 children were led into powerful worship, deep prayer, and growth in their faith. Her heart for mentoring young believers extended beyond her community, leading her to serve not only in the states but across the world. Deborah has followed the call of God to Maryland, Kentucky, New York, California, and Georgia She has also ministered in Africa, served as a Youth Pastor and Missionary in Haiti, and visited Bali, Indonesia.

Now, after decades of walking in Divine Health, Deborah is focused on sharing how God has kept her pain-free and strong. Her ministry now centers on helping others embrace God's wisdom in health, because we are beautifully and wonderfully made.
